Just wanted to tell you what a great product you
have. As the radio Interoperability Planner for 14 counties here in East
Texas I had to come up with a solution to crossband up to 4 radio bands
together. It has to be simple to operate, and it had to be portable.
You may have remembered me through some correspondence though Teletouch
Inc.
We purchased 14 of your units through Teletouch Inc., in
Longview Texas. As you can see in the photo below we have a top notch
command center that can be handed off from jurisdiction to jurisdiction as
needed. An increased number of Council of Governments
are becoming interested in your product and have contacted me quite often about
it. I refer them to your website for details of your product.
Last week we improved our response time to a 450 acre
fire in Rains County by over 30% using your product! In Panola county
Texas a number of different jurisdictions including the Texas Highway
Patrol, Texas Forest Service, East Texas Medical Center, several Volunteer Fire
Departments, and the Department of Criminal Justice relied upon the NCS-250 just
two weeks ago during a major wild fire there taking in more than 200
acres.
Just wanted to say, Thank you once again
for working with us and for providing a wonderful product, the NCS-250. It
has saved the East Texas Council of Governments well over $800,000 in overall
cost.
The Texas Governor's Division of Emergency Management in
Austin Texas is also well impressed with the NCS-250 capabilities.
