About Us

New Communications Solutions, LLC is a Norcross, GA based company that designs and manufactures specialized equipment for the various radio communications markets. NCS products are focused on enhancing the operation of communication systems utilizing multiple radios such as Mobile Command Posts, Emergency Operations Centers and Mobile Dispatch Operations.

NCS was founded by Doug McDowell, President and Carey Fisher, Chief Technical Officer. Before creating NCS, Doug and Carey had successful careers in the defense electronics, space communications and commercial telecommunications industries. Together with John Pippin, Commercial Marketing Director, they have a combined total of over 90 years of experience in designing, manufacturing, marketing and managing sophisticated electronic, microwave and telecommunications systems.

The founders’ industry experience has ingrained the importance of quality, reliability, and functionality in the design of sophisticated subsystems and systems for military, space and telecommunications applications. This discipline extends into the products NCS produces for the commercial market.
